This is a really very nice beautiful campground, the people here are very nice and fun loving people, it is near my hometown

so for me it is like going home. They have a large permanent site area. There cabins are really nice and they have a lot of them.

There is also a large house that can sleep up to 65 people which is great for family reunions.

They have a beautiful lake, nice clean sites, and beautiful scenic area and clean facilities

Because of the rain we had dinner in our camper, everything was great even if it did rain,

it was our First indoor covered dish.

We had a great time as usual, Friday was beautiful then it rained Friday night into Saturday morning, then it got cold

we burned a lot of firewood it was so toasty, there is nothing better than a chill in the air and a blazing fire to keep you warm.

No matter what the weather seems to be we all enjoy each others company,

we laugh together under the awning or run into the camper and put on a movie or play games.

We enjoyed our dinner and the dancing afterward. Again Gary and Lori the owners are really nice people and the campground is clean and well kept.

We look forward to coming back next year.

Hemlock Campground

This was our first time at this campground and what a wonderful place it was.

It is a small campground, but a very pretty campground.

The owners are really nice and friendly, fun loving people

The sun was shining everyday and it was beautiful. Lars came in second place in the apple pie contest.

Spring Gulch This is one of our favorites

they have a great dancing facility, and it is nestled in Lancaster, Pa

This area is so beautiful and there is so much to do.

We went to Sights and Sound Theater to see In The Beginning, what a beautiful and breathtaking show.

The rain was with us all weekend again until Sunday when it was time to come home.

This was a really pretty campground, very woodsie and so relaxing, of coarse mother nature came with rain again

after all the weeks we have had with rain you get use to being wet !!! This campground has a lot of seasonal's and their sites are really nice size.

We had a really great turn out and a lot of our friends came out to dance with us,everyone was very friendly and they really enjoyed themselves.

Jimmy just doesn't know how to behave !!!

We had a great time as usual, and of coarse mother nature came in with a bang on Friday, stuck around a little

on Saturday and left on Sunday just in time for us to go home. We all manage, no

Everyone had a great time. The owner and his family wants your stay with them to be a pleasurable one.

You can pick up the Battleground tour bus here or go into town and visit all of the little shops. Boyd's Bears isn't to far away and you can

visit my favorite place, Adams County Winery I get half of my Christmas shopping done at the winery, what better

way to give a gift certificate then with a bottle of wine. Jimmy was of coarse his usual self, we just can't keep him under control !!!

This is a favorite for anyone with children, all of us brought our children and grandchildren and we went swimming all day.

The weather on Friday was very stormy around dinner but Saturday was beautiful, then back to storms on Sunday. Everyone enjoyed

themselves and a lot of the seasonal's came out again and enjoyed the evening.

Mt. Vista Campground

What a beautiful campground !

It is nestled in the Pocono Mountains, they have a lot of activities, they also offer a wide variety of

outdoor games such as bocce ball, rodeo ball or ladder ball, a beautiful tennis court,

pond and swimming pool. The people there are very nice and friendly and

they really want to make your stay pleasant.

We had a really great time there, of coarse, with this spring being what is RAIN . . . RAIN . . . RAIN

it did rain heavy all day Saturday, but some of us die hard campers don't care if it does rain,

we have fun no matter what.

Our cat Sully actually his name is James P. Sullivan, he was having some health issues and we had to bring him along with us, he really enjoyed himself. He is also feeling much better, when we got home he slept on the small rugs we had in the camper to wipe our dirty shoes on, I think he liked camping!!!

At the dance, again with the rain the crowd was a little light but the crowd was great

It was time for an ice cream break for some of our dancers, and they also had an RV show going on sponsored by

Escape RV ( formally Cedar Ridge RV )

Above are two girls that danced with us all evening, they picked up the dances so fast,

and were really good at it

they helped us close the evening, with everyone getting into a circle
